Everyone knows that everything tastes better with cheese… but do you know what goes into that rubbery, mass produced block you are buying from the supermarket?
Learn how to make your own simple cheeses at home using pure, natural products. Ricotta, labneh,feta and haloumi. These soft cheeses are creamy and rich and very easy to make. Once you know how, you will never buy packaged again.
Enjoy a Ploughman’s Platter lunch including locally produced breads, smallgoods,preserves and cheese made by your hands.
